⏳ Refund & Return Eligibility Window
- You must submit a refund or return request within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Requests sent after 3 days will unfortunately not be eligible.
📦 What Items Are Eligible for Return/Refund?
We will accept refund or return requests only in the following cases:
- Item is damaged upon delivery
- You received the wrong product (size, design, or item)
- The package is lost in transit (verified by shipping carrier)
Note: Minor color differences due to lighting/screen settings are not considered eligible reasons for return.

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- Buyer’s change of mind
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Delays caused by customs or third-party couriers
- Worn, used, or washed items

💵 Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, refunds will be issued via PayPal within 3–5 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
Important: We highly recommend contacting us first before opening a PayPal dispute. Most cases are resolved faster through our direct support.
📍 Return Address
In the rare case a return is required, our team will provide the return shipping address upon approval of your request.
Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless the error was ours.
